The Chairman's VIP Evening hospitality package is located in the Chelsea Club, the official shared restaurant located within the hospitality village.
The Chairman's VIP Evening hospitality package includes:
- Entrance ticket to the show from 3.30pm
- Show catalogue
- Access to your hospitality facility from 3.30pm
- Grande marque Champagne and canape reception from 7.00pm
- Four course dinner with superior wines served in your hospitality facility at 8.00pm
- Traditional afternoon tea available from 4.00pm - 5.30pm
- Complimentary bar from 3.30pm to 9.30pm
- Individual guest documentation and wallet
- VIP hostess service
Please note that the show closes at 8.00pm so all guests are required to return to their hospitality facility.
Price is person. Bookings can be taken for parties of two upwards. Tables of 10 will be guaranteed a private table. Subject to availability.
Prices are per person and subject to VAT. Minimum booking of 2 persons. Every effort will be made to provide a private table however this cannot be guaranteed for bookings of less than 10 persons. Terms & Conditions apply.
