FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Could you organise hospitality for a specific event?
Yes. We list many events on our website that are available to purchase ‘off the shelf’ but we are often asked to create bespoke events or supply regional or specialist events that we may not list as standard.  Once our team understands your requirements they will find the best solution, and you can be assured that the same promises of delivery and official status will apply to all bespoke events we provide.

Do you provide hospitality to any overseas events?
In the same way as we can source any event in the UK, we can source official packages for almost any sporting or cultural event overseas.  We have a network of official suppliers that own rights at events such as the US Masters that can provide guaranteed official entry to all major worldwide events.  We can also supply travel and accommodation for overseas events, and can often access better rates through our travel partners. 

Is there a min/max number of people you can cater for?
In most cases you can purchase hospitality for parties of 2 upwards.  The only time this is not possible is when purchasing a hospitality box or table that has a specified minimum number, but this will be specified in the package details.  There is not normally a maximum number for bookings, apart from limitations on availability in certain facilities.  If you are unsure then just ask, we will always advise you on the best options.

Will I have a private table?
This is again dependent upon the event, and it will generally be specified in the package details.  In most cases you will have to share a table with other customers unless you have a booking of 8, 10 or 12, where we can generally accommodate a private table.  Some venues, such as Aston Villa McGregor’s Restaurant provide a private table for whatever side booking, so it is always best to check.

Can I purchase tickets only for an event?
Tickets for all of our events come with hospitality packages so we don’t offer a ticket only service. We will always offer advice on the legitimacy of any tickets you may have been offered, and in most cases we can supply hospitality at the same rate as many black market tickets. 

Could I be informed about any forthcoming events?
We update our website with any new events on a very regular basis and have events calendars to help plan for the future. We also send out weekly Inside hospitality email newsletters with details of up and coming events, latest news from the industry and offers that may be of interest.  Simply sign up to receive these updates on the website or call us on 01454 201210. 

When will I receive tickets/packages for the event?
We generally send out packages 2 weeks before the start of an event. Sometimes we do receive tickets within the last week leading up to the event, for security reasons, and hence tickets may arrive later.  If you are unsure please do not hesitate to contact us to check and we will give you an update.  Tickets will be sent by guaranteed delivery to ensure that you receive them in good time.

Can you send my tickets to my clients on my behalf?
If you would like us to send tickets and packs to your clients directly we can arrange this, subject to any additional postal charges. 

Can I alter my booking at a later date?
Subject to our Terms and Conditions, your booking can be altered. We will always do our best to make the changes you request but they can often be subject to availability.

Is car parking included?
The package details will specify whether parking is included or not.  In many cases hospitality packages does include car parking, but in some cases the demand for parking far outweighs the supply, and therefore it is always advisable to book early to secure your places.  If you require additional spaces over and above those specified in the package this is possible subject to demand, so please let us know of any requirements in advance.

Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?
When you book for an event we will request any dietary preferences that you have for your or your clients.  We will always endeavour to meet your requirements whatever they may be. 

What is the dress code?
The dress code differs slightly for each event and will be specified when your event pack is issued.  In most cases the dress code will be smart casual.  Remember to dress accordingly for the seasons, as it can get chilly outside at some events in the winter!

Are drinks included in the price?
The majority of packages will include both alcoholic and soft drinks. The contents of each package differ from event to event so check the event listings for full details. 

Can I make a provisional booking?
Yes we can hold packages on a short term basis subject to availability, but places will not be fully reserved until payment is received or a booking form signed.

How far in advance do I need to book?
It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best possible facilities, and so that you can choose from the best available packages.  In many cases booking early can secure you the best table or seating locations. 

How do I pay for the package? Can I pay by cheque? 
There are several methods of payment. We will invoice you following your booking and you can pay by cheque or bank transfer.  Tickets and packages will not be dispatched until full payment is received, and a package can only be guaranteed once payment is received.   

Is the package price per person or per table?
In all cases the package listing will specify whether the price is per person or for a facility.  We sell several box packages where the price is for a facility or a table, rather than per person.  

Are there any extra hidden costs e.g. service charges?
The price shown is the price to be paid although we will charge extra for additional items such as extra parking and any other extras requested on top of the standard package. You will be notified of the costs of any extras at the time of your request.

Why are unofficial agents often cheaper? 
Unofficial agents are often cheaper because they are unofficial. They are not affiliated to the venues or officially appointed by the sports governing bodies and will often obtain tickets illegally. Their facilities are often off-site, if indeed they exist at all, and there is risk that you will arrive to find the facility has been shut down.  Always insist on proof of the official status of any package you purchase. 

Can we bring our own promotional material?
If you wish to provide corporate gifts or promotional material for your guests then this is fine.
